🌳 IND-KfW-HPFECPP MIAS Report – Forest Rehabilitation (Physical)
The MIAS Report Software facilitates the management and reporting of Subsidiary Forest Rehabilitation and Soil & Water Conservation (SWC) activities under the IND-KfW-HPFECPP MIAS project for divisions like Bharmour. It enables users to track Targets vs Achievements across financial years (2017–2026) for activities such as weed clearing, planting, fencing, and SWC measures.
📑 Software Functionality:
• Division Selection: Choose from divisions (e.g., Bharmour, Chamba, Churah) to manage data.
• Activity Data Entry: Input data for activities like Lantana clearing, planting conifer plants, or contour trenching, with units like hectares (Ha), per 100 plants, or running meters (Rmt).
• Yearly Achievements: Record achievements for each financial year and calculate cumulative progress.
• Reporting: Generate summary or detailed reports to monitor progress and compare targets vs achievements.
• Data Export: Download reports in Excel for offline analysis.
📝 Key Activities Supported:
1. Clearing Total Area of Weeds (e.g., Lantana, other weeds by infestation level).
2. Cutting/Clearing Weeds and Bushes Around Pits/Strips (e.g., Lantana around pits, bush cutting in plantation areas).
3. Planting of Plants on Forest Land (e.g., normal plants in 45 cm³ pits, conifer plants in 30 cm³ pits, seed dibbling).
4. Nala Planting (e.g., bamboo, Salix, Morus).
5. High Yield Fodder and Grass Production (e.g., in tribal/non-tribal areas).
6. Fencing (e.g., RCC posts, wooden posts, Eucalyptus posts).
7. Single Tree Protection (e.g., bamboo, plastic, or thorny bush guards).
8. Silvicultural Operations (e.g., thinning, climber cutting).
9. Medicinal NTFP Plantation (e.g., shrubs/perennial herbs in tribal areas).
10. Moisture Retention Activities (e.g., contour trenching, percolation ponds).
11. Fire Protection (e.g., fire lines, control burning).
12. Free Distribution of Plants (e.g., broad-leaved, Ban plants).
13. Soil and Water Conservation Measures (e.g., check dams, water harvesting structures).
🎯 Purpose of this Software:
• To streamline data entry for forest rehabilitation and SWC activities.
• To monitor year-wise progress and evaluate targets vs achievements.
• To generate transparent reports for decision-making.
• To facilitate offline analysis through Excel exports.
