1. Dashboard

The dashboard provides a quick overview of project activities, financials, and reports.

  • Monitor key statistics at a glance.
  • Access quick links for reports and management modules.
  • Filter data by division, range, block, or year.

2. Reports

Generate and review detailed project reports under IND-KfW-HPFECPP.

  • Forest Rehabilitation (Physical & Financial)
  • Subsidiary Forest Rehabilitation
  • Consolidated Finance Report
  • Springshed Catchment Report

3. Forest Management

Manage forest compartments and sub-compartments under HPFD Territorial boundaries.

  • Division, Range, Block, Beat structure management.
  • Compartment and SubCompartment data entry.

4. Project Management

Maintain project components, budgets, and sub-components.

  • Manage Department Budget Heads & SOE.
  • Define Project Component Measures & Sub Components.
  • Record Training Plans and Held Trainings.

5. Training Management

Handle training-related activities for staff and community members.

  • Maintain Training Categories and Sub-Categories.
  • Register Resource Persons and Training Centres.
  • Track Costs, Training Plans, and Conducted Trainings.

6. Nursery Management

Manage nursery operations and species records.

  • Create and update Nursery Master records.
  • Maintain Species Master & Nursery Costs.

7. Field Activity Management

Manage project activities implemented in the field.

  • Define Project Models and Sub-Models.
  • Maintain Cost Norm Codes and Activity Status.
  • Track materials, SWC & EPA categories and structures.

8. VFMS-MP

Manage Village Forest Management Societies (VFMS).

  • Register VFMS, Villages, and User Groups.
  • Maintain VFMS Account Details.
  • Manage Plot and Plot Master records.

9. Planning

Plan and manage catchment and activity details.

  • Springshed Activity Detail management.
  • Stock Delivery Master tracking.

10. Miscellaneous

Additional modules for administrative data.

  • Manage Financial Year and Department Master.

11. Field Implementation Modules
